The Rößlhuber bakery has been in FORUM 1 since May 2018. Sandwiches, puff pastry snacks, special breads, grain and pretzel pastries invite you to breakfast or a snack. Coffee to go and soft drinks are also available. The highlight in FORUM 1 is seasonal products: Homemade ice cream in summer and Christmas specialties in winter.

The team around Michael Rößlhuber is the third generation to produce high-quality baked goods, all of which are made in the company’s own bakery and confectionery in Bergheim. The 18 m² bakery in FORUM 1 first floor is already the fifth location of Rößlhuber…
